Highmark Blue Shield will send conference registration confirmation packets to all individuals who register. The packet will include a letter of confirmation and a ticket for admittance to the conference.

If you registered but did not receive a confirmation packet and ticket by August 13, it is because Highmark Blue Shield is holding your conference confirmation and ticket for you until the day of the event. This is to avoid the possibility that these items may still be in the mail on their way to you on event day. Please go to the "Will Call" table upon your arrival at the event to receive your ticket and confirmation materials.

The cost to register is $20 per person. This fee includes lunch, workshops, health screenings and more.

From Interstate 83 North: Take I-83 North toward York and Harrisburg. Approaching Harrisburg, follow signs to continue on I-83 North. I-83 North to 322 East to Hershey. 322 East to 422 East. At the traffic light turn right onto University Drive. Take the first right into the entrance to Hershey Lodge.

From the Pennsylvania Turnpike: Follow the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) East to exit 247. I-283 North to exit 3 and 322 East to Hershey. 322 East to 422 East. At the traffic light turn right onto University Drive. Take the first right into the entrance to Hershey Lodge.

From Interstate 81 North: Take exit 77 and follow Route 39 East to Hersheypark Drive. At the traffic light turn right onto Hersheypark Drive. Follow Hersheypark Drive to Route 422 and exit onto 422 East. At the traffic light, turn right onto University Drive. Take the first right into the entrance to Hershey Lodge.

From Interstate 81 South: Take exit 77 and follow Route 39 East to Hersheypark Drive. At the traffic light, turn right onto Hersheypark Drive. Recommended attire for the event is dressy casual/casual. Keep in mind to wear something you will be comfortable in — you will be up and moving to start the day! (No athletic attire/sweat clothing please.)

A continental breakfast will be available upon arrival at the conference. A sit-down luncheon begins at 11:30. The luncheon menu includes:

Salad: Field greens with mandarin oranges, cilantro and red onion with honey lime vinaigrette
Entrée: Chicken Wellington, braised spinach with garlic and roasted root vegetables
Dessert: Angel food cake with fresh seasonal berries
Vegetarian: Grilled vegetable risotto with basil oil

Conference seating is provided on a first come, first served basis. We encourage conference attendees to come with family and friends to share the fun and educational day together.

The only things you need to bring is your ticket if you received one. The following should help you prepare for the check-in process.

If you registered and received a confirmation letter and ticket, please bring the ticket included in your confirmation package to enter the conference. Give the ticket to the conference staff member at your designated registration table on the day of the event to help expedite the check-in process.

If you registered and paid the registration fee but did not receive a confirmation packet and ticket by August 6, it is because Highmark Blue Shield is holding your conference confirmation and ticket for you until the day of the event. This is to avoid the possibility that these items may still be in the mail on their way to you on event day. Please go to the "Will Call" table upon your arrival at the event to receive your ticket and confirmation materials.

If you did not register, you may be able to purchase a ticket of the day of the event while supplies last. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register and pay the $20 registration fee in advance to expedite the check-in proces.

Language interpreters and services for the hearing impaired will be available upon request. Please contact Highmark Blue Shield toll-free at 1-800-236-9091 in advance of the conference if you need an interpreter. These services are free of charge.
