Who can attend Fun, Fit & Fabulous! women's health conference?
Highmark supports creating a culture of inclusion and building environments of trust and encourages all women 18 years and older to attend.
How do I register to attend the conference?

How will I know if Highmark Blue Shield has received my conference registration?
Highmark Blue Shield will send a confirmation postcard to all individuals who register. The confirmation postcard will serve as your admittance to the conference.
If you have registered but did not receive a confirmation postcard by August 3, it is because Highmark Blue Shield is holding your conference confirmation for you until the day of the event. This is to avoid the possibility that these items may still be in the mail on their way to you on event day. Please go to the "Will Call" table upon your arrival at the event to receive your confirmation materials.
Is there a registration fee for the conference?
The cost to register is $20 per person. This fee includes lunch, workshops, health screenings, conference bag and much more.

From Interstate 83 North: Take I-83 North toward York and Harrisburg. Approaching Harrisburg, follow signs to continue on I-83 North. I-83 North to 322 East to Hershey. 322 East to 422 East. At the traffic light turn right onto University Drive. Take the first right into the entrance to Hershey Lodge.
From the Pennsylvania Turnpike: Follow the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) East to exit 247. I-283 North to exit 3 and 322 East to Hershey. 322 East to 422 East. At the traffic light turn right onto University Drive. Take the first right into the entrance to Hershey Lodge.
From Interstate 81 North: Take exit 77 and follow Route 39 East to Hersheypark Drive. At the traffic light turn right onto Hersheypark Drive. Follow Hersheypark Drive to Route 422 and exit onto 422 East. At the traffic light, turn right onto University Drive. Take the first right into the entrance to Hershey Lodge.

What is the appropriate dress attire for the conference?
Recommended attire for the event is casual. Keep in mind to wear something you will be comfortable in you will be up and moving to start the day! Zumba and Bella Core workshops will be offered during the day.
Will meals be served during the conference?
A continental breakfast will be available upon arrival at the conference. A sit-down luncheon begins at 11:30.
I'm coming to the conference with friends and/or family. Can we be seated together?
Conference seating is provided on a first come, first served basis. We encourage conference attendees to come with family and friends to share the fun and educational day together.
Do I need to bring anything with me to the conference?
The only things you need to bring is your confirmation postcard if you received one. The following should help you prepare for the check-in process.
If you registered and received a confirmation postcard, please bring it to enter the conference. Give the postcard to the conference staff member at your designated registration table on the day of the event to help expedite the check-in process.

If you did not register, you may be able to purchase a ticket the day of the event while tickets are available. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register and pay the $20 registration fee in advance to expedite the check-in proces.
I need a language interpreter. Can Highmark Blue Shield help?
Language interpreters and services for the hearing impaired will be available upon request. Please contact Highmark Blue Shield toll-free at 1-800-236-9091 in advance of the conference if you need an interpreter. These services are free of charge.
