Vendor Registration Information

Welcome interested Vendors!

We are looking for vendors to participate in our conference. This year, our conference theme is "Celebrate Women!" The event will address an array of health and fitness topics that impact women and their families. It is our hope that your services and information will help to enhance each participant's experience.

If you are interested in being considered for participation as a vendor, you must complete a Vendor Application and submit it for review and approval no later than May 30, 2012. If selected, you will be contacted by phone.

Event Day

  • Date: Saturday August 11, 2012
  • Conference Time: 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Registration and continental breakfast at 7 a.m. Vendors will shut down for lunch.
  • Arrival Time: Vendors will need to arrive no later than 6:45 a.m.

Vendor booth space is free of charge. However, in support of the conference, we are asking you to provide a door prize valued at $50 or more to be awarded to one of the conference attendees. There will be an additional $50 charge for electricity (optional).

One skirted table with two chairs will be provided.

Vendor Sales

Vendors who receive prior approval will be permitted to sell certain products. You must complete the Vendor Request for Sale Form and have prior approval before the day of the conference. You will be contacted to make arrangements for a product approval meeting. Only approved products can be sold during the event.

Vendor Set-up

  • Date: Friday, August 10, 2012
  • Time: 3:30-6:30 p.m.

All vendors MUST set-up their table displays the evening prior to the event.— Setting-up the morning of the event is not an option. There are no exceptions.

Registration for vendors will be confirmed at time of set-up. Vendors will be provided one table, two chairs and lunch for up to two people. If you have MORE THAN TWO individuals working at your table, the additional staff MUST purchase a conference ticket in order to participate. The cost per ticket is $20.
