Welcome interested Exhibitors!
We are looking for health related exhibitors (i.e. health and human services organizations). In order to participate in the conference as an exhibitor, your services must coincide with our core message to address an array of health and fitness topics that impact women and their families. It is our hope that your services and information will help to enhance each participant's experience.
If you are interested in being considered for participation as an exhibitor, you must complete an Exhibitor Application and submit it for review and approval. If selected, you will be contacted by phone.
EVENT DAY
All exhibitors will be charged a $50 registration fee. Additionally, exhibitors will not be permitted to sell any products/services at the conference. The registration fee includes:
Note: If you are selected to participate as an exhibitor you must mail in the registration fee with the Exhibitor Registration Fee Payment Form no later than Aug. 19, 2011. Please make checks payable to Highmark Blue Shield.
EXHIBITOR SET-UP
All exhibitors MUST set-up the evening prior to the event. Setting-up the morning of the event is not an option.
Registration for exhibitors will be confirmed at time of set-up. As noted above, exhibitors will be provided one table and two chairs. If you have MORE THAN TWO individuals working at your table, the additional staff MUST purchase a conference ticket in order to participate. The cost per ticket is $20.
